For 10 years, McCall's Quilting has developed an annual project to help in the fight against breast cancer, and our readers have responded with heartfelt generosity. This year, we've partnered with designer Luana Rubin, Robert Kaufman Fabrics, and YLI Threads to bring you 3 exciting ways to join us in the search for a cure:
Enjoy the fabric and thread
Luana's Joie de Vivre (Joy of Life) fabric collection for Robert Kaufman, featured in this lovely quilt, will raise money for breast cancer research. A generous 50 cents per yard sold will be donated by Robert Kaufman to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (www.bcrfcure.org; toll-free
1-866-FIND-A-CURE), an organization on the forefront of breast cancer research grants and awareness programs. A portion of sales of Luana's special edition YLI pink variegated cotton machine quilting thread (Nana's Rose Garden) will also be donated to breast cancer research.

YLI will donate a supply of Nana's Rose Garden thread to any established quilt guild that wishes to make their own version of Luana's quilt to benefit breast cancer research.
