2. Draw diagonal line on wrong side of white 3 7/8" square. Referring to Diagram II-A, place marked square on assorted 3 7/8" square, right sides together. Sew 1/4" seam on each side of marked line; cut apart on marked line. Press open to make pieced squares. Make 20 sets of 8 matching. Using 2 matching pieced squares and matching pieced rectangle, make pieced strip (Diagram II-B). Make 20 sets of 4 matching.

3. Sew 3 rows using 4 white 3 1/2" squares, 4 matching pieced rectangles, and white 6 1/2" square (Diagram III-A). Sew rows together to make block center. Make 20 total.
4. Sew 3 rows using 4 white 3 1/2" squares, 4 matching pieced strips, and block center (Diagram III-B). Make 20 total Double Star Blocks.

Quilt Top Assembly
Note: Refer to Assembly Diagram for following steps.
5. Sew 5 rows of 4 blocks each. Sew rows together.
6. Stitch lime 94" strips to sides; trim even with top and bottom. Stitch remaining lime strips to top/bottom; trim even with sides. Sew white/multicolor 98" strips to sides; trim even. Sew remaining strips to top/bottom; trim even.

Quilting and Finishing
7. Layer, baste, and quilt. The inner border of the featured quilt was machine quilted in the ditch. The remainder of the quilt is filled with a large meander. Bind with aqua print.
