Planning
This pattern was designed to use just the fabric found in a Moda Jelly Roll pre-cut pack. The pack includes 40 assorted strips 2 1/2" x width of fabric (WOF), each laser-cut from fabric in the 3 Sisters Sanctuary collection, making patch cutting much faster and easier. Because of the pre-cut dimensions, half-square triangles are constructed in an unusual manner; follow cutting and piecing instructions carefully (see Diagram III). Template A triangles are cut from strip sets made in Step 2. To make Template A, trace on see-through plastic, including seam lines and line labeled "align with seam". Continue with Step 2.

Piecing the Squares and Blocks
1. Referring to Diagram I, sew two 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" rectangles together to make center square. Make 9 total, in fabric combinations and quantities shown.
2. Sew 2 green WOF strips together (Diagram II-A). Press seam towards darker fabric. Make 2 total. Cut 14 total green Template A triangles. In same manner, make and press 3 total white/pastel print strip sets and cut 24 total white Template A triangles. Make and press 1 pink strip set and cut 10 total pink Template A triangles.
