Step 4... Referring to Diagram VI, use pieced block center, 4 pieced rectangles, and 4 white 6 1/2" squares to make Center Star Block. Make 1. Diagram VI Quilt Top Assembly Step 5 ... Referring to Assembly Diagram, stitch pieced border to each side of Center Star Block. Sew Nine-patch Blocks to both ends of remaining pieced borders and stitch to top and bottom of quilt. Stitch floral 2 1/2" x WOF strips to sides; trim even with top and bottom. Stitch remaining floral strips to top and bottom; trim even with sides. Assembly Diagram Quilting and Finishing Step 6 ...
