Putting It All Together Note: See Assembly Diagram for following steps. 4. Sew 6 diagonal rows using Handkerchief Blocks, side setting triangles, and 3" x 14" floral print strips. Stitch rows and sashing strips together. Sew corner setting triangles to quilt. Trim sashing strips and setting triangles even with quilt edge. 5. Stitch 3" x 94" floral print strips to sides of quilt. Trim even with top and bottom. Sew 3" x 79" floral strips to top and bottom. Trim even with sides. 6. Stitch 6" x 102" white strips to sides of quilt. Trim even with top and bottom. Add remaining white strip to bottom of quilt. Trim even with sides. Assembly Diagram Quilting and Finishing 7. Layer and baste quilt top for quilting method of your choice (see Basic Quiltmaking Instructions). Quilt as desired. 8. Bind quilt with remaining floral print fabric.
