Step 2. Make 12 Alternate Blocks, referring to Diagram V.

Quilt Top Assembly
Note: Refer to Assembly Diagram for following steps. The setting triangles on all edges and corners are cut oversized to allow for trimming quilt edges even after assembly.

Step 3. Stitch 8 diagonal rows using Rhapsody Blocks, Alternate Blocks, and white 19" quarter-square triangles. Sew rows together. Stitch white 10" half-square triangles to corners. Trim edges even

Step 4. Sew dark blue 1 1/2" x 89" strips to sides; trim even with top/bottom. Sew remaining dark blue strips to top/bottom; trim even with sides. Stitch large blue floral 6 1/2" x 91" strips to sides; trim even with top/bottom. Stitch remaining large blue floral strips to top/bottom; trim even with sides.

Quilting and Finishing

Step 5. Layer and baste quilt top for quilting method of your choice. Quilt as desired.

Step 6. Bind quilt with dark blue fabric (see Basic Quiltmaking Instructions).
