Poinsettia Wreaths

Welcome guests with these pretty wreaths in seasonal colors. Simple piecing and easy appliqué combine for a quick, appealing holiday project.

Planning and Cutting
Take care to use an exact 1/4" seam allowance when piecing the blocks so the pieced border will fit perfectly.

Fabric Requirements
Cream mottle (background, pieced border) 1 3/8 yds.
Green print and green texture (piecing, leaves) 3/8 yd. each
Tan texture (background) 5/8 yd.
Red/black print and red texture (petals) 3/8 yd. each
Gold mottle (flower centers) 1/8 yd.
Green stripe (inner border, binding) 3/4 yd.
Red floral print (pieced border, border corners) 5/8 yd.
Backing 3 yds.
Batting Twin size
