CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS
White solid
1196 squares 2 3/8" x 2 3/8"
Assorted prints ... cut a total of:
598 pairs of 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" squares |
PIECING THE BLOCKS
1. On wrong side of white 2 3/8" square, draw
diagonal line with marking tool of your choice.
Referring to Diagram I, place white square on print 2 3/8" square,
right sides together. Sew 1/4 seam on each side of marked line; cut
apart on marked line. Press open to make pieced squares. Make 4 matching
for each block.
2. Quilting thread (hand quilting) Stitch
matching pieced squares together to make Pinwheel Block (see Diagram
II). Make 598 total.

QUILT TOP ASSEMBLY
3. Referring to Assembly Diagram, stitch 26 rows of 23 Pinwheel
Blocks each. Sew rows together.

QUILTING AND FINISHING
4. *Layer and baste quilt top for quilting method of your choice.
Quilt as desired.
