Appliquéing and Piecing the Block
Step 1. Referring to Diagram I, position Template A pink/blue fabric on each corner of pink 6 1/2" square. Using appliqué method of choice, appliqué curved edge in place. Trim corners of 6 1/2" square behind template fabric.
Step 2. Stitch 2 pair of mirror-image appliquéd squares together to complete Millwheel Block.
