On wrong side of 2 7/8" white print square, draw diagonal line with marking tool of your choice. Layer square with 2 7/8" blue print square, right sides together. Sew 1/4" seam on each side of marked line; cut apart on marked line. Press open to make pieced squares (Diagram I). Make 12 pieced-squares. Step 2. Arrange and stitch 3 rows using 3 pieced squares and 3 blue print 2 7/8" half-square triangles (Diagram II). Sew rows together. Stitched pieced triangle to ivory 6 7/8" half-square triangle. Make 4 pieced squares. Step 3. Sew 4 pieced squares together, rotating as shown, to make Pinwheel Block (Diagram III).
