Quilters' Connection

Featured in McCall's Quilting October 2005 Issue

Sheryle Pollan of Wichita, Kansas, made her version of Nosegay Trio (McCall's Quilting, June 2002) for her granddaughter Bethany. She substituted hand appliquéd hearts for every other block. This three generation photo shows Sheryle, her daughter Sheila, and Bethany.

Mesa Regal Quilters' Quilt
The Mesa Regal Quilters of Mesa Regal RV Resort, Mesa, Arizona, show their version of Embracing Sharon (McCall's Quilting, April 2002). The members come from all over the United States and Canada, and make a raffle quilt every two years. Janet Barry (left) of Monmouth, Oregon, collected the blocks and stitched the quilt. Pat Wood (right), of St. Louis, Missouri, made the ruched flowers for the corners.
