Milagros's quilt won second place in the innovative/mixed media category at Ocean Waves Guild's Quilt Fest 2000. GCA I provided the perfect setting for this memory quilt made by Cathy Urlacher of Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada. Candy Brown of Georgetown, California entered Medallion Serenade in Needle Nellie's First Outdoor Quilt Show. To Candy's delight, Robert Callaham (pictured with Candy and her quilt) was the featured artist for the show!
