For
neck
With chin parallel to the floor, turn head slowly
from side to side, careful to not overstretch, 5 or 6 times to each
side (photos 1 through 4).
Also
for the neck Facing forward (photo 1), lower
ear toward left shoulder until you feel a gentle stretch along the
right side of the neck (photo 2), move right shoulder down
(photo 3). Hold for approximately 10 seconds, breathing full
breaths. Then turn your head as if looking down to your armpit.
Hold approximately 10 seconds, then rotate face back to front and
raise head to center. Repeat on other side (photos 4 through
6). Repeat one or two more times on each side.
